I realise that at the end of October it's a bit late in the game, but I am currently studying German, Geography, History and Politics. When we were picking A levels I surprised myself by choosing these but I knew I'd enjoy them.
They're interesting to study, however as I am currently looking round at various university websites and the courses they offer, lots of the ones I am interested in require Maths and Physics.
Although it's the end of October, I'm seriously considering dropping History and Politics and picking Maths and Physics back up. I understand there will be a LOT of catch up work and I don't know if it will be too much before the beginning of exams in January. I got A*s and As in all my GCSE subjects which should hopefully transfer somewhat if I choose to swap.
What should I do?

Talk to your teacher+head of 6th form. It's unlikely they'll let you change unfortunately, seeing as we're already a half term in You could always do them out of school, and see if they'd let you drop one subject in school?
Physics is tough subject though, and so is Maths...talk to your teachers, they'll help more than anyone on here

It's unlikely that they will let you change however I would still try and talk to them.
As for the exams, taking them in June rather than January would be the best idea.

Best thing is to talk to your tutor and head of school. It is a bit late but if you have good reasons and emphasis that you are a bright student and can catch up then you might have a chance.
It might be best to just stick with the subjects for now though.
