    Oops. My mistake. Some daft teacher rammed that into my head about 7 years ago and it never dropped (that potentially the cleverist man ever was one particularly nasty man...). Having said that, the young me could have got Newton mixed up with Darwin.

    Biologically speaking, there is enough variation in a gene pool between cousins to avoid any potential problems.

    In terms of legality, marrying a cousin doesn’t contravene any laws.

    You're entitled to your own opinions, but there's no need to be so insulting, or to personally attack another member.
