now being the daughter of a GP, and also having seen a psyciatrist, psycologist and 2 councellors, ALL of which have told me it is physically impossible to die from the attack itself, i do not think it is right spreading stupid rumours that can cause more harm than good. i dread to think about people who've only seen the first half of this post and now think that when they have a panic attack that they can die (if you consider that one of the calming tactics is to realise that you can't)
