Skin rash - what could it be?

In the last day or so I've come out in a strange rash. I can't get a doctor's appointment until next week, so just wondered if anyone had any ideas what it could be.

It's lots of little red bumps/marks on my breasts and the upper part of my stomach (stopping just above my bellybutton). They're not itchy in the slightest. There's quite a few of them and looking in the mirror from a distance they almost remind me of chickenpox. They're small, barely raised red marks, some really tiny and some slightly bigger, but there's quite a lot of them and although they're not itchy or irritating I'm a bit concerned. The only thing I can think of would be an allergic reaction, but I can't think what to as I've not changed anything in terms of cosmetics/diet/etc. I don't think it can be hives or a heat rash because it's not itchy in the slightest.

Anyone had anything similar? Thanks in advance.
Could be an allergy, yes. The fact that they're not itchy is good, although if you notice that you start to get back pain, it may be shingles (I've had it) Although its annoying while you have it, its probably better in the long run than having an allergy.
Hope you're ok anyway!
OMG, i was JUST about to post about this. I have exactly the same and has just appeared in the last few days. Also quite blotchy on the face. Scared of going to the docs tho... Hate them!
I was wonderin too what they were, hopin they're just gunna go.
Scabies maybe? And no I'm not being smartarsed...I had it a while back lol

I had a skin rash last week, I ending up seeing the nurse at the doctors and she got the doctor to see me. He seemed to think that chances are it was an allergy, it could be something that you have eaten before and the brand have changed a chemical or colour etc in it. He told me to use a 'soap substitute' to wash with, (either aqueous cream or the E45 washes that chemists, boots etc sell.) It still didn't go down, so they gave me some hydrocortisone cream to use on it, and that seems to be helping.

If you can't get to see your doctor yet prehaps just trying using E45 or something on it and see how it goes.
Hey, I go like this alot and i tried using washing powder for sensitive skin as even though you may use the same one all the time it can be triggered off very easily. I got very worried as it went all over my legs arms and tummy. I also used E45 cream and i tried using a no fragenced soap/shower/bath gel dove is the best and it cleared it up. i hope this helped and i hope it goes away quick i know how annoying it can be

Have you done the glass test? If it dissappears under the glass then it probaly isnt anything to worry abour, if i doesnt go straight to the emergency docs.

Do you have any other symtoms, cold, headache, light sensitivity, aches pains?

Sorry but... Ewww...
Have you been exposed to large doses of radiation lately?
I'd get an emergency appointment just incase it's something like German Measels. It's most likely to be a heat rash/ allergy. Have you changed the brand of washing powder/ soap you use recently?

I do have terrible back pain at the moment but I hurt myself doing sports earlier in the week so I thought it was that...? I thought shingles was itchy/painful though? This rash is neither.

Thanks for the replies
Go to the doctor. I'm just getting over exactly those symptoms, as it happens. I certainly can't diagnose it, as a/ I can't see yours and b/ I'm not medically trained... The doctor said I have Pityriasis Rosea, which isn't as scary and serious as it sounds. But it could be a number of things, so ring the gp surgery tomorrow.

I had a stomach rash when I was about five, and it all turned out to be because of a change in washing powder
