I'm afraid to disappoint your friend by saying that I just met a medicine applicant who got an interview from Caius!!

It's okay - the silly boy found out, and then kept it quiet. He's an actual genius though, like 800 on the UKCAT and stupidly high SAT results (he's applying to Harvard/Yale as well) - I just pray that he gets in!

So you taught yourself C1-4 and 2 applied? What made you teach yourself? I taught myself AS maths but then went into the A2 class so was taught that. that was because I love maths, same for you? :smile:

Try a 7-hour flight from Canada + 2 hour train ride from London to Cambridge! :eek:

Unfortunately, my college only provides one night's accommodation anyways :O

EDIT:
Okay, compared Fleecedog's post right below mine, I guess my 9 hour journey doesn't seem nearly as bad as her 24 hour one!

If you take the express train, London -> Cambridge should be about 45 mins :smile:

. Otherwise, at most it would take 1.5 hours.

Thanks. I heard through the grapevine that Cambridge colleges have had our BMAT results since the 18th (no sure if there's any truth to this)

If it is true, then they would've sent out invitations via post on Friday at the earliest. So, I guess I should expect a reply on Monday...

Aww I know how you feel, cos I'm in the exact same situation! To make us both less worried, St. John's only started sending out invites about 2 days ago, and people are still getting invites from colleges that started sending them 2 weeks ago!
