I appreciate you highly doubting, but please don't. I've since had confirmation that it is indeed the Management Trainee Scheme which sits at £20K. Couldn't tell you about the finance scheme..

What location is this for?

Scotland. At the airport though, unsure if non-airport earns the same.

Seems consistent with Glassdoor reviews too.
Thank God that this review has been written. I had accepted a job with Enterprise and I am due to start in two weeks time. I have read so many negative reviews I was about to start looking for a new job before having even started!! I am not work shy and I am used to working disgusting hours. (Starting at 0400am) I have worked in Retail while at university and once I graduated I remained at a retailer. I am hoping that Enterprise is a company that rewards hard work and if you stick at it you can earn and develop. Yes, these are long hours but you have surly guys got to back yourselves to go forward, it is the whole point of a grad scheme. These companies are aware we all need jobs, they are aware we are smart, what they're not aware of is how hard we want to work. I will post on here honestly after 3 months working and hopefully have the same positive outlook.

Hi, how is it going? I have a telephone interview next Friday and I'm considering not bothering now because the reviews are so bad!!!

No, you should bother. Job > no job, whatever that job might be.

That is clearly untrue.

Otherwise people wouldn't retire or go on gap years.

Though at least your statement confirms drug dealing and escorting is better than being unemployed...

I meant in terms of having a job or ending up on the dole.

If I were unemployed I'd apply for contribution based JSA from day one.

Wouldn't you? Why not it's your NI.

People retire because they've worked their lives away and now can afford to chill out. Or they're too old to work. Or a number of other reasons.

People do gap years before starting work. Or to have a break from work. Regardless; the end game is a job.

Stop being so pedantic.

The point was that having a job is better than not - for someone looking for a graduate job. Now would you apply for JSA if you were unemployed. Keep up.

Even if the poster had another 5/6 interviews lined up with better companies?

They poster didn't even say they were unemployed, could well have another six months to graduating.

The end game totally isn't the Enterprise 'graduate scheme'.

The end game is a job. The poster said a job (not Enterprise) is better than no job.

As for your previous mute point; for the last time - the poster was arguing that a job, is better than no job. Given they haven't got an Enterprise job yet - if you follow your own illogic your very first post regarding this issue is contradictory.

Give up.

I'm just not convinced Len has experience of both situations to judge.

Hi, Just wondering if you have an update? I have an interview with them for the graduate trainee management scheme and really don't think I want to go for it anymore after reading all these threads!

Hi guys, I have a telephone interview with ERAC for their graduate trainee management scheme and I was wondering if anyone had any updated info. This thread seems to span a fair number of years and the negative comments don't seem to have changed so I'm assuming things today are probably still the same.

Seriously considering killing myself. Been at the Weston-super-Mare branch for 2 months and the hours, staff and workload are ****ing rediculous.

Dont see my fiancé, get treated like **** and given no actual training or chances to improve.

Fml i actually hate myself.

I worked at enterprise 2016 for 1 week and I quit. You started on 20k, branch managers are on 21k basic (they never tell you this).

Worst company to work for 60 hour weeks - 30 mins break a day. Really not worth it if you have a degree.

Please beware of two people that sell you a fake dream: PAUL PHILLIPS (nottingham) and CHRIS BUCKLEY (nottingham). Filled with lies.
Wow! I have a telephone interview lined up tomorrow and before looking for these reviews I believed the "dream" lie.

Now I'm thinking I won't answer the phone and use those precious 15 minutes looking for a different job.
