£0. The only alcohol I've bought in my whole time here was a classy bottle of wine on a friends birthday.

I just don't drink that much, and never when I'm out - most of my friends feel the same way, and those that don't usually have a bottle of wine or soft drinks handy for when people like me come round. If I were hosting a party myself, I'd buy alcohol, but otherwise, no. Even when it's BYOB, I tend to bring coke

Hmmm....much less than in the first term because I'm desperately saving up for holidays in the summer

First term was between about £5 and £30 a week. This term me and my boyfriend bought some cheap booze on tesco and havent been out getting drunk that much. But it does help that I'm a lightweight and £1.25 bottles of lambrini are one of my favourite tipples :p:

Maybe £5 a week on vodka for drinking before, then £30 a week on 2 nites out? But maybe a bit more sometimes.

£30 a night. That's two weeks' food budget for me. :p:

No value judgements here.

Before I ran the hall bar...lots. £20+ a night, three times a week.
Running the hall bar...drank lots more for free! ;-)
Now, in London? nearly £0, except that £150 might out...(and there was a free company bar until midnight! In all fairness, it didn't all go on booze...).

Looking back at it, i could have saved a LOT by not drinking as much at uni. Thousands over the course of a degree.

Tonight Matthew
Unfortunately.. about £80 a week. Not to mention the regularity with which I then order kebabs when drunk.

I'm more worried about my health than my bank balance to be honest.

lol, well drink less and eat better then!

i get out £50 a week to live on i.e going out , food and other bits and pieces...normally a tenner goes on food and forty on going out (usually four nights a week!!)

I spend £50 a week on everything, I'm in a house, I'd say about £15 a week on food, on average, usually buy a cd, that's about £5 then maybe £10 on newspapers, bus/tram fares and we usually get a take away at some point. £20 on going out, sounds about right, going to a pub 2 or 3 times a week and then out till the early hours or to a gig once a week.

If I got out to a few bars, then to a club and I don't even think about what I'm buying, I usually spend about £15, which is pretty good, I'd only get about 5 pints in my local for that at home. (I'm at uni in sheffield btw)
