It is pathetic - it is driving me crazy - everywhere i go there are all these damn england flags - argh!! So annoying!!

The dutch do have a very good chance - am looking forward to seeing how they do!!

not - what do u know about the sirens?? I cant wait to audition - really hope i get in!! They seem amazing - and my dress is perfect for them!!

aeghgh its been a day since i've finished and i've already counted my UMS marks about 10 times, i just did it now again:frown: Its so depressing, it doesnt matter how i work it out- i've missed my offer, the only suprise on the 17th will be by how much. :frown:
ah nooni love hide all ur exams papers and the like and try and put it out of ur head. i sat after my bio exam with my paper and counted and counted and counted up what mark i thought i had got. just tortured myself and it was awful :frown: ended up giving my mum my papers and she put them somewhere so i couldnt keep freaking myself out. u have a long time to wait for results and u never know until u open them. im sure itll have gone much better than u expect. last year i was positive i had got AABBB in my highers and i ended up with AAAAA so try not to stress too much just now.

one day ill take my own advice re panicking about exam results :rolleyes:

oh and re world cup i was watching the mexico/argentina match. amazing! not a great football fan but def fancy argentina to win now.

Indeed. I only really watch football when its the World Cup or Euro Championships, but that was riveting. Just an incredible match!

Nooni, you'll get sick of people saying this, but nobody can tell how the UMS will fall out. It really is worth trying to let it go and enjoy summer.

Nooni dont worry about it - i'm sure you'll have done well, King's believe in you and Im sure so many others do too!! :hugs: Remember the UMS boundaries lower according to the general result, so you cant really predict the results!

Plus my daddy always says "if you think you did bad - you probably did sky high" - i know it lacks any rhyme or anything clever, but it has a point lol

Parsley - how did you last that long?? Omg!! I once did 6 until midnight and was exhausted!! (of course i was standing in for a friend so didnt have much stamina for it) - tips :smile:
I keep calculating and re-calculating my UMS marks too.. I've still got 3 exams left though (argh). English synoptic, chemistry synoptic and chemistry AEA--why did I choose the AEA? It seems like utter insanity at the moment. I'm not going to do any work for it though, although I think will stop short of going out the night before the exam.

I have 3 french papers yet to do, plus 2 AEAs and I agree-urgh what was I thinking when decided to do EXTRA 3 hour long exams, which are blatantly going to come back ungraded anyway.


I can beat that - 3 Politics papers, 1 Economics and 2 AEAs totalling up to 12 hours of exams this week, yay! :rolleyes:

I will, im going to completely forget about it, its only because the exams are still fresh in my mind and the sub forums still have the answers which tell me i got it wrong- but il forget about it now.

Hmm, im looking for a job for part of the summer, im not really looking well as i dont want one:p: But should probably get one for uni money.

I'm still winning - STEP, R.S AEA, and two English Lang papers make a good thirteen and a half hours still to go! Although I just did OK in a STEP III mock I set myself, so I'm not feeling too bad about it.

Bloody maths, I'm dreading getting my result for it...

Which option paper are you doing for chemistry? I'm doing biochemistry which is just basically module 1 biology with a few intermolecular forces thrown in :laugh:
