That should be a recognised sport

just advanced form of egg and spoon race...
Reply 4164
Yes! Potentially messier, but more satisfying!
But, its not really a race. It'd be judged by amount of slop covering face at the end of ride
Reply 4165
well if your clever you could just eat in on the way up to the top of the slope:p:

Ooo thats not just about cleverness though.... that is dependant upon the size of the competitor's mouth, and their ability to cope with a colossal brainfreeze :eek3:

I went on a similar thing in Blackpool years ago, it was pretty crap though :p:

OI! There will be no negative remarks about the Haunted Swing thankyou very much! :p:
I must've been on that at least 10 times... just something I always had to go on whenever I went to the Pleasure Beach! It must be the oldest one of all the similar rides? And must have had the lowest budget...
The effect was ruined somewhat one time when some clever person had left a little paper bag on the floor in the room... seeing that sliding round the walls spoilt the (oh so convincing) illusion

The Grand National at Blackpool!!!! The first time ive been scared on a ride..... not because its particularly thrilling, but because theres a good chance the track could fall apart at any moment
The pleasure beach is fun. Val Haller? ( I think thats what its called?!) The big log flume? gets you SOAKED!

Valhalla iirc. I remember that being in the paper when it first opened... we all went to go on it within a few weeks... after the fear surrounding the numerous supposed broken noses faded a bit...
Great ride... can get bloody boiling in the fiery bits though
Love the way it turns round and goes backwards down the massive slope
The BPB people started making people throw their plastic covers in the bin before leaving so everyone had to buy their own instead of taking ones from people who came out from the ride... those stupid pieces of plastic costed way too much

I definitely prefer Alton Towers though. Better rides, fewer deaths.

Plastic covers eh? ahh i dont think we bothered with those! It was boiling so we just had to wring our hair and clothes out when we got off. Water did smell a bit funky though.... lol
Only thing that beats Alton Towers is Disney. I. Am. Disney. Mad.
but generally, any good roller coaster will do me  i'm not usually a big water rides fan.... i like the massive thrill rides. Like Hulk and Rockin Roller Coaster

I'm not so sure i'd be able to control a board  I'm probably safer with two feet both firmly on the tarmac when it comes to sport
