Successful Cambridge Applicants Chat - 2006

Kaiser Mole - we stayed near Bournemouth but went on day drips to Poole, Swanage, Christchurch, Weymouth and then went off to New Forest one day too (is that Hampshire? ). We went on a boat round the islands at Poole, which was nice - except when the rudder got stuck in the shallows (apparently that happened the day before too - the guy steering looked a bit sheepish when he was on the radio!). Was a good holiday

As it turned out, there weren't any midges at all. What an anticlimax! There was absolutely no point in me taking my Tropical Strength, 50% cancer (sorry, I mean deet) insect repellant.
