Aired, are you talking about OR A2 chemistry practical? if so, how do u know its meant to be hard?? u got me all panicky, my cambridge place hinges solely on that day.
Anybody else started the holiday thinking: "I WILL study" only to give up by day 1/2?
*raises hand*
I'm blaming my friends for lending me DVDs. I watched (within 2 days) 36 episodes of the anime 'The Vision of Escaflowne'. Escaflowne being mecha. Plus, I started a whole new series of books. Which number around 20 or so..
I realised yesterday that the piano competition I entered is on Monday. Oops.

How's everyone's easter hols so far>??
Well... I haven't even started the holiday yet All my friends from my old school have broken up, but having transferred into state ed I still have a week of college followed by a mere 2 weeks worth of holiday - suits me though as being a bit odd, I prefer college to holidays Am off to visit Cambridge at the beginning of the holiday though which should be fun - need a motivation boost + a shopping trip!
I've got to second the working vs dvds&books thing though!! Every time I start with the best intentions, think 'this time I actually will start my revision before the night before the exam', and every time I end up hooked on a dvd box set and a long book
Im not worrying about twiddling my thumbs in lectures, more worried for those that havent done further maths, one of the lecturers told me when I was at the open day that they do the further maths course in two or three weeks! Maybe that was an exaggeration, but still...
However im more worried about the mechanics side of things, my school wouldnt let me do M3, so ive only really done basic mechanics so I am worried about having to catch up with it, especialy as most of the phys natscis with offers ive spoken to seem to have at least M3 (of those doing further maths which is probably about 50% of the physicists). Will probably leanr M3 and M4 over the summer though.
Anyways just realised the grand prix is on this morning! Dont ussually watch it, because im not ussually up in time, but as its the hols I am, but im gonna go and see what time its on, probably pretty soon. Anyone else up and gonna watch it?
I wouldn't worry about M3 - the physicsy people in my class had already done most of it in AS physics (simple harmonic motion, circular motion), and the rest of it is pretty easy.

We-ell, it's the weekend, and I only broke up on Friday. Plus I had 2 hockey matches yesterday, both miles away: I left the house at 9.30 and didn't get in until 6.30. So I'm having a day off today
(Come tomorrow though I will officially have no excuse.)
the jeremy kyle show makes my life. we have tv screens in our cafeteria but we only have the actual tv on in the morning before school and its ususally BBC News 24 or the commonwealth games, after tht its boring school notices. i love despt houisewives...but keep missing episodes. scrubs is vvv funny...is it still on ?!
Hi guys, i was just looking at the resit thread and it got me thinking. I decided i want to resit a module to boast up my biology grade but do i need to let cambridge know, or doesnt it matter now ive been offered a place?
