They sound cool! I used to work in the Early Learning Centre and we had all sorts of brilliant things like that. The huge coloured stampers were my favourite.. not that I ever used them for revision. Just thought they were kinda cool.

For maths, I covered my room in post it notes.. that was fun. Though my mum did think I was going a bit crazy. She said it reminded her too much of A Beautiful Mind. :P

lol. For maths last year I put all the formulas up on my ceiling over my bed so that I can stare at them when I went to sleep, then I realised I was short sighted and so it was a waste of paper and blue tack.
Shame, I thought it was a great idea.
Haha.. that's hilarious! :P These ideas do seem such a good idea when you plan them, but in practice they generally don't work too well. I ended up moving all the ones I'd stuck on my mirror because it was just plain impractical and then ignored half of the ones on my wardrobe anyway.

Ah, well, suppose it's the good intention that counts.
All my post-it notes used to fall off... I still find the odd bit of paper with hideous-looking further-maths formulae that I don't have to know anymore, wedged behind mirrors or bits of furniture.

Today is the last EVER time I go 'Back To School'

(Thank GOD for that...) :yy:

 Exciting. Tomorow i will get to find out when/if we get study leave and then il start noticing the 'this is the last time i will.......' at school.

I have mixed emotions about leaving school, i mean it has reached a point where i dont think i can spend an extra month there, but i know i will still miss it :frown: ...if that makes sense.

I actually can't wait to leave! I don't think I'll miss it at all, but you never know.

So happy, I got an A in my maths prelim - bearing in mind I got a C in the first one, worked my buns off for this one so I did! Does anyone else have an absolute load of tests over the next few weeks before exam leave?

Woooo well done.
I dont have any tests but i lost my Biology cw, so i am doing it again :frown: such a pain, and takes away from revision time.
Agh no! I hope you get it finished soon! Hopefully something on your coursework comes up in the exam then (so it's not really revision stealing)

Yes. :frown: Physics NAB tomorrow, blodgey NAB on Wednesday, maths NAB on Friday, maths prelim sometime next week... arrrrrgh.... and projects in on Wednesday. Stupid SQA and their stupid tests and deadlines.
I feel your pain: bio timed essay tomorrow, fiz NAB on thurs, chem NAB on friday, fiz A/B test and bio NAB next tuesday, bio prelim on thursday and Maths A/B on friday :frown: bastard school. at least it'll all be over soon enough!
Oh my, you both have a lot of exams! Do these count towards your final grade?
Nope! We have to pass NABs to be able to actually sit the exam though.

WOW! U guys have a lot of tests, I had a chem mock today and fortunately it went ok  although I almost forgot how to name aldehydes :p: , until i remember the very mature jokes...

I think and hope Ive only got 2 mocks left, two maths ones which should be ok.

I also cant wait to leave school, its really getting really boring at the moment, I dont think I can last the last 3 and a half weeks. However I will miss all my friends, will be really weird not to see them every day.

Also I have only jsut relaised that the world cup is on during my exams!!!!!!! I dont know what Im going to do, one part of me is telling me to revise, the other to go out and get trashed

I started learning about vectors today... I was actually feeling pretty confident about C4 until now

I know what you all mean about leaving school/college! I'm really fed up of my lessons and stuff, but I'm gonna really miss my friends when we leave.

Ah well, we'll all make loads of new mates at uni!

How come you've only just started learning vectors? We finished C4 2 months ago. Have you seen the last chapter (integration)?

I've done all of C4 apart from vectors. I'm pretty OK with integration I think (I sometimes get a bit confused trying to form differential equations though!)

Yeah I was surprised I even understood the last chapter, whereas vector exam questions make me want to cry ... sometimes I don’t even get what they want me to do ! :argh:

Is anyone planning anything special for the last couple days of school? My 6th form is soo tiny it's hard to think of something decent to do. I've already started taking my camera into school, I'l miss it even though its a pain..

So are you just revising maths now in lessons? We're only about halfway through C4 atm, though it's the last module we need to do. For some reason my class is doing 7 modules of Maths this year, rather than 6, so I guess that might explain it.
