Don't feel good enough for your friends?

Guys, Lets me know what your thoughts are on this.

My friend from home is visiting me tomorrow, and is staying for two nights.

When I spoke to her yesterday, it seemed as though she was no longer looking forward to seeing me, but dreading leaving her boyfriend for two days.
It sounds ridiculous, but suddenly shes gone from being (as far as I could tell) really excited about coming over and spending some time in sheffield with me, we haven't seen each other in yonks.. to being like "oh im not bothered if I dont stay till tuesday" and "I feel really bad that I'm neglecting my boyfriend" ect ect.

Then she said something like "I hope you don't starve me like you did last time" and "I'm just dreading seeing to your d*ckhead flatmate" ect ect

Did I do something wrong??

Something i have looked forward to for weeks has now become a big source of loads of pressure now. Im expecting it to be awkward now and im dreading it a little. Shes quite high maintainance at the best of times and I feel as though she doesn't want to come at all.

Guys, I know it may sound a little petty, but really? Am I panicing for nothing?

Is she usually really sarcastic? She might be really looking forward to going round there, but is trying to cover it up with sarcasm?
It will only be for 2 days and it's not like you're forcing her to go, so I'm sure she's looking forward to seeing you.

You've probably just started to grow apart. It happens. Nothing you can do about it.

sometimes growing apart can be a great thing. Opens your horizons.
