yesterday texted a girl, got a reply.then texted her back, but didnt get any reply. in the second text i asked if she has any plans for weekends. I dunno why she didnt text me back. Yesterday in reply to 1st text, she told me she was going to her friends 18th party.
texted her 2day afternoon, asking whether she got my 2nd text or maybe i ve sent it to the wrong person. still no reply. what should i do?do u reckon she isnt interested?

Maybe she just has no credit. I wouldn't text her askin if she got your text cos she might feel a bit suffocated. Just wait and see what happens

MIght have run out of credit? Might have lost her phone, the battery might have died. She could just be ignorant?

There are many things it could be. If it bothers you that much, then phone her.

There has to be an end to each session of texting someone - it can't go on forever! I know sometimes I'll just not bother texting somone back because it's turning into a conversation, and to save money.

Yes people putting "tb" on the end of texts and texting you again to see if you got the first text just because you didn't respond within the hour is F***ING ANNOYING AND BAD MANNERS. Also if you do that to a girl you will die alone and unloved.

I think you need to chill because there could be many reasons why she hasnt txted you back. It doesnt necessarily mean that she dont like you..it could just mean that she is busy doing other things and hasnt got round to txting you..run out of credit possibly..? dont take it personally

You've ruined it now. 'Did you get my text, maybe I sent it to the wrong person' comes off as clingy/needy. You should have just left it and saved a little face.

Perhaps she was busy, but felt bad saying no to your first attempt at asking her out somewhere.. instead of spending time compiling a text that would say she couldn't make it without making you think she isn't interested in doing something another time, she just didn't text back. nah.. if im text flirting w a guy i like then i'll reply. if i dont (eg:the other day cos i fell asleep in the middle of the day for a few hours), and they text asking how come, i'll think it's sweet and reply.
the only time i wouldnt would be towards about the 2nd week of the month, as that's when my monthly contract starts and i might be out of texts
however, some weird guys i meet in pubs or in town sometimes text text text call call text, etc, and it freaks me out, makes me think "stalker" and i ignore them.. then laugh about it with friends.. which is mean i guess.

I do that. This one guy I met at a salsa club texted me twice a day and rang at least once a day for 4 weeks after. I never answered a call or text but he wouldn't stop with the 'Just wondered if you are coming dancing tonight?' messages. He has stopped now but i can never go back to that place again in case he is there.

Texts are evil things that are just there to f**k you up most of the time. Sometimes I wish they were never invented however, im a text addict :frown:
