Does he like me?

I've just got back from a study visit to Berlin with the Sixth Form German classes and really got to like this guy in year 12 (the year below me). After getting to know each other quite well during the week we sat together on the plane on the way home. He was holding my hand and stroking it and poking me loads. And I realised I really liked him. But then we had to go home and I didn't get his mobile number or anything.

As he is in the year below me I doubt I'll see him much around college but I really want to. The question is, does he like me? I'm not sure if he does want to be in a relationship with me or whether he was just flirting and messing about. Any thoughts?

Ooh, forgot to mention that this guy is a really touchy feely kinda guy in general. Throughout the week he kept hugging the girls on the trip and holding their arm and stuff. So maybe he was just being friendly to me on the plane...?

Bah, these holiday romances never last. Sorry but once you are back at school things will probably be back to normal again. The problem is, on the school trip everyone was probably getting along with everyone really well, because you're all spending time together doing the same stuff, but back at school there are boundaries between social groups that people stick to. If you don't see this guy much at school normally I doubt that is going to change.

He clearly does like you so I suppose you could try making an effort to make sure he sees you, by going over to him and asking him about the trip, etc, but most likely it will be too awkward for both of you.

Well we dont really know, because we dont know the guy.
But it would seem to me he might of just been flirting and all that crap, its hard to tell thoe.
Also you would think if he genuinally liked you he would of asked for your number or something, then again he might be shy, thoe from what you said it dont sound that at all :p:

Still at the end only way your going to find out is by asking, just be very carefull thoe, because you sometimes can't tell if someone is out to use you until its to late trust me.
