To quantitate the amount of enzyme (that breaks down starch)in the seed so you can"determine a possible reason for any difference that occur in the rates of utilisation", ive read that cuttin the seed in half and puttin it face down on the starch agar plate and leavin it will create a clear circle around the seed and so measurin it would quantify it- if that helps with anything.

does ne one know of any websites that will help with this thing?
