How to get a good grade in IAA in Edexcel 360 Additional Science?

Well in yr 10 i completed a Core science Edexcel 360 and I got a strong B however that was down to my good grades in the multiple Choice and practicle which we done. However my IAA Were Poor as i got grades like: E,E,C thats what put my grade down. So tommorrow i have an IAA exam Biology how Light intensity affects the rate of Photosynthesis. However I know my controlled Variables,Independent Variable and Dependant Variable. However I also know how did I make sure my Experiment was reliable and Valid. However i always struggle on how to make an experiment more Reliable or more Valid. I want to bag the A or A* so i ensure that I'm going to get a good grade in Additional Science. So can i have hints or tips on how to make an experiment more reliable or Valid and also other tips which would get me a decent grade in this IAA
