non dairy sources are fruits and vegetables like oranges, apricots, pears, raisins, dates, prunes, brocolli, figs and dark green leafy veggies. nuts and seeds like hazelnuts, chestnuts, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. fish such as sardines, mackerel and shrimp. and just other things like soy products, tofu, oats etc. all of those are quite rich sources. remember to get plenty of vitamin d too.
