    Okay, changed my mind.

Looking for someone who would like to read through something and give me their opinion.

The point is someone volunteering so I can send them the file. It's quite huge and I don't wish to make it public before I publish it. :P

I have an editor already, I am looking for an objective opinion about it. Lol.

Surely you've got one then? If you've got an editor and a publisher then I expect they won't want you sending your manuscript out to random people on an internet site for their opinions. If, however, that 'editor' is your mother and by 'publish' you mean whack it on Lulu then ignore this and stop being pretentious. /mildrantover

Quite frankly, I don't give a **** about what my editor thinks.

Anyhow, how is it your concern? I am just asking for someone to read a chapter or two just for an opinion. Let me ask again, if you don't want to do it, why do you even bother posting? .. I didn't ask about what you think about my mum, editor and publisher, did I?

I get the resounding impression from your posts that, while this is in doubt (as is any matter of guesswork), you most certainly are not a writer of publishable standard. If you are about to be published, then be aware that you have either sold, or will have to sell, your rights to the work, and thus it will be illegal for you to distribute the manuscript online. Somehow, though, I don't feel that you'll need any of this advice.

If you want to prove me wrong, you're welcome to send the story to my inbox, however big it is. But I think a warning is in order: if I don't think it's good from the first couple of paragraphs (which is my current expectation), I won't bother replying.
