So if we held our breaths, we'd live forever?
Well if we don't have air we die.

I'd rather take the slow poison than none at all and face almost immediate death.

Interesting concept.

What about other countries that have a life expectancy of less than 50? Do you think the air they breathe is even more poisonous?
air isnt really poisonous, whats poisonous is how they are modifying seeds and foods are modified and they have not been tested meaning either our generation or the next will find the consequences.....
Except thats not true because scientists would have found traces of toxins in the air. And there are already numerous theories about how the body degenerates as we age which explain why people die when they get old.

If you are going to be philosophical or "clever", at least try a little harder.

Well actually it is, and it does kill us. The reaction in resperation using oxygen does harm our body very very slightly, and it causes what we call ageing. People who live on higher mountain areas often have a longer life expentancy because theere is less oxygen higher up but the reduction is not enough to be damaging.

Think about it. Why is the life expetancy lower there than here? It is for the same reasons as before this revelation.

Air is the common factor, so has no (well, relatively negligible if you consider pollution) effect on just one or the other country.

It actually is, the air oxidises our cells very slowly which gradually kills you.

Scumbag oxygen: Need it to survive... Kills you.
