I am thinking of going to chester next year, but i can't decide whether to stay at home or move away - would anybody be able to give me an idea of what the law time table is like so i can base my decision around that - because if im in 5 days a week at 9 o clock - i'll be living away! Thanks.

Hi I'm also starting at Chester Uni this Sept studying law and you're the first person I've heard of thats doing the same! Have u decided whether to live on campus? I think I'll be doing that because I've heard the first year time table is quite busy with several 9am starts. Hope that helps!

Hiya,

Yes i've applied to live on campus - but im still not sure weather too - i live in liverpool which is a 45 min journey everyday - but i think for the first year i deffo will be living there just because im lazy and if i have 2 drive everyday there and back i'll get bored and annoyed and probably drop out or something stupid like that LOL so the safe option for me is to live there. I just hope i get the grades to get in now - i'm dead nervouse about reciving them!!! Are you living on campus?
There will probably be LOADS of people doing law its one of the most popular degrees isn't it - I think  ??? xx xx
Hiya!!! I'm thinking of starting at Chester University this year to study Law and criminology!!! But i'm a bit uncertain as I havent heard much about the university!!! I am leaveing my current university (Gloucestershire) as it is terrible in that they cant teach properly, they have no time for there students and the course is soo unorganised!! So basically just wondering if Chester is any better or worse then gloucestershire!! Its looks such a beautiful uni but any advice would be great wether your already there or starting in september!! Thanks Katy x
Personally I am pissed off with the uni at the moment but in general it's alright.

Hiya, I'm about to g into my 2nd year studying law at Chester! I had a great first year, everyone was just really friendly and the lecturers treat you like you're on their level. We managed to have a real laugh with them last year and the standard of teaching was still kept really high! I'm just really glad I picked Chester in the end coz I had the best 1st year! Hope that help!

hey. yea im thinking of applying t study law here as well but like some others havnt heard much about the uni. what is its reputation for their law course? anyone know much about the course? iv tried to get a prospectus ordered but they seem to think that when i request a prospectus i actually want a piece of paper informing me of all the courses they do in bullet point. how else can i get hold of a prospectus? x

Not sent my application off yet but definately applying there. Not going catered. Wondering if i should bother taking my car since there is nowhere to park (although my car might die before then).
