Whats going on with my home?? (haunted?) watch

    • Thread Starter

not haunted though , just kidding..

I live in the first floor of an apartment complex. Yesterday, suddenly the tiled floor of my room had started swelling (pushing up)? And once we noticed some noise (like firecrackers ) from the floor too (which i assume is the noise of the tiles cracking - some of the tiles are cracked). This noise just started on its own , so its kind of freaky too.
My question is - wtf is causing my hard, concrete , tiled floor to swell up in a matter of days?
Theres a slight swelling on my floor right now. Its raised to about an inch or so more I estimate.

    Top: How it was
    Bottom: How its now.

    Nice diagram.

Is the apartment complex built on a hellmouth?
