    Not necessarily. Fees are often the same for doms and foreigners.

    But foreigners do make up a good number of applications with many UK students much preferring to postgrad in the USA (for example).

    I didn't have to pay any application fees for my postgrad application...will be making up for it with the £8500 I'll be paying for overseas tuition next year though :p:
