Cheddar cheese is brilliant but as is Red Leicester cheese, and Gouda cheese with the black grind backing on it. Please don't leave Red Leicester cheese out on the poll ppl- it really is very scrumptious!:p:

In Australia there's a cheese called "Coon"...:eek: Wouldn't get away with that here...

My favourite cheese would probably be something like Red Leicester or Cathedral City cheddar But I like a lot of cheese. Although not soft cheeses or blue cheeses..hmm.

Applewood smoked cheddar is divine, and I once had wensleydale with aplles (can't remember when or where), but 'twas delish.
