    Thats really harsh. i think it can be an appetite problem if youre not hungry, because you still want to eat. and have you never just fancied a bar of chocolate or something, even if youre not hungry? it may be easy for you, but some people find it harder, she was only asking for advice.

    Try and eat more fibre (keeps feeling fuller for longer) and drink more water. Also, try and take in more complex carbs (oats, sweet potato, wholewheat pasta and breads, etc) rather than simple carbs.
