I didnt do the best in my as's , predicted AAB, and im applying for some a* courses ( which i can get)

    Just need to know.
If i apply to somewhere like UCl or Warick, and get rejected...
Then i take a gap year after i have the grades i need and apply to them again, will me being rejected previously hurt my chances upon the second time i apply to the same university.

    Really need to know.

It won't really make much difference but they would have rejected you for a reason. If you re apply they may reject you for that same reason again. Eg if your grades are not good enough, going on a gap year to Thailand isn't going to change your grades is it?

i really don't think so, i mean if you get the required grades and then really work on your application, make good use of your gap year then who knows...you might just get that offer.SO, no it wont affect your chances....go for it
