I hear The Student Room is alright.

Digital spy seems not popular much as I guessed.
What are the other forum websites people are using in UK?

In terms of what? There's loads of topic-specific forums e.g. technology, transportation etc which are always going to attract fewer users because they're very specific.
DS is one of the biggest 'general' forums.

I was looking for general forums. I'm disappointed hearing Digitalspy being a biggest forums in UK. Apparently there is not much difference of threads-amount between tsr and DS. Isn't so? Anyway DS is nice to look. (Is this the correct address http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk)
What are the other general sites ? Thanks Mysterious!!

"General" forums don't really exist. Only specific ones (I.e. TSR for students)

I've come across several ones for mums, the members are quite scary. I don't think I have seen anything like TSR though.

Again, what type of lifestyle? "Lifestyle" is too general a term.

Tbh, TSR may as well be a general forum, since half the topics discussed aren't specifically student related (entertainment, health and relationships, chat, trolling, etc)

In lot of general forums there's a section called lifestyle to discuss about lifestyle specially about day to day life things. And also a Entertainment section.
