Does your whole politics class have an iq of <80 or something?

Yeah I'm sure that they do. If they knew that I'm a Muslim they'll probably beat me up. I was nearly in tears after that lesson because it got very very nasty. The bad thing is that they can get away by saying that kind of stuff because they are entitled to freedom of speech.

Well you should have said youre a muslim. Cos if they verablly attacked you then, they are not entitiled to freedom of speech. hence we are not allowed to simply swear and insult someone at school.

So you voted no? Would you like me to throw out my pork sandwich and bottle of vodka and instead be beaten by my [future] husband and have to grovel like a slave several times a day?

You know what you can do:

    Go **** yourself!

    you know what provokes me?

thousands of idiots getting their knickers in a twist over something as trivial as this. where is their sense of humour.

I've an idea....now, I know this might be a tad scary and new for some people but, how about, if they are offended they don't look!

 Yes yes yes...a major breakthrough I know...
man o man, you really are an ignorant fool. assigning sterotypical thought to true life should be punishable by law

It wouldn't have made a difference for them. There is someone Italian in my class and the amount of racism he gets is ridicuolous(sp?).The teacher doesn't notice it because they have their own little racist code words which he doesn't know about. But I'm gonna have a word with my teacher. Either he does something about this racism or I leave his class and never attend them. I'm sure he wouldn't want some of his top students to leave.

    Turkish.

I don't know if there's another word like racism but for religion. When I said racism I meant in a religious context. Sorry I should've made myself more clear about that.

Yeah, you probably should have - it makes an important difference with regards to the law and innocent men being dragged before kangaroo courts over it.

btw. Turkish is not a race either.

Oh dear, you're another one of those idiots who considers religion on a par with race/ethnicity then?

Don't worry TKR, you'll get no sense out of a socialist I assure you.

Why shouldn't Islam be criticised in the West? It is a viscious religion, and it causes misery on a mass scale. It is a disgusting doctrine to follow, and it discriminates on far more levels than this article does. It is sexist, homophobic, anti-wetern, the list goes on.

If we can't criticise and mock such a religion then we're in a sad state of affairs.
as a muslim living in england, you should really think more about what you say. you should read into islam rather than believeing all the myths and stereotypes and see for yourself that islam is totally the opposite of what you hav mentioned which utterly disgusts me. it makes me think how sick the world has become that they mock others's religions based on assumptions, and by portraying the prophet muhammad(phuh) as a terrorist: dont you think it is just symbolising the whole of islam and all the muslims to be terrorists whereas terrorism is the act of a few minorities and is totally against islam. its g w bush who is the real terrorist, invading countries like afghanistan, iraq, and soon to be iran, for their oil and to exercise their power coz they have nothing else worthwhile to waste their taxpayers's money on. 1 last thing: would christians or jews like it if we portrayed jesus or moses as g w bush in disguise with a army of terrorists throughout the middle east. im afraid to say, u wouldnt be happy in the slightest bit. i view all this picture business as a new attack on western muslims and is greater furthening the distance between muslim and the west.

Having read quite a bit of the koran I can say it contains some of the most vile, horrifying, discriminatory and plain sickening things I have ever read anywhere.

I would compare it to the NSDAP's manifesto but I feel that would be an understatement.

It doesn't really help matters if muslims then call for the slaughter of anyone who dares mock them though, does it? religion of peace? not murderers?

Jesus has been portrayed in various guises hundreds of times; do we run off on crusades after each one?

I view all the reaction business as an attack on my, and fellow White Europeans' right to free speech. I also express concern for our safety with such volatile people among us.

Christians or Jews would not like Jesus or Moses portrayed the way Mohammed was. It's the way Muslims have reacted to the whole thing that is thoroughly disguting and vile to put it nicely. Death threats, wanting to butcher people because of it. God regards Human life precious. Muslims are going a bit to far, don't you think? :hmmm:

I am pretty sure most educated muslims would agree that it has been a huge overraeaction.

Good news then. There isnt a enough distance for bacon eating, Islam haters like me.

You did make me chuckle(surprising since your brothers and sisters seem to have lost their sense of humour of late), with the talk of Bush and anti-semitic cartoons. If the majority of Bush supporters or Jews were anything like the Muslim world, the majority of Europe would be swimming in blood by now. But I guess most non-muslims have this funny knack of not terrorising those who use satire against them.

We're so far apart you may as well be on the moon. I seriously must wonder aloud if people like yourself are suited to living in the west at all.

    More pics from London.

These people need to be removed.

Where have the governments testicles dissapeared to? I suspect that if Nick Griffin were holding a banner saying "Middle East - you will pay - your extermination is on the way" he might find himself hauled before the beak again.

the fact is though that most the 'younger generation' of muslims arent like this at all.if theyr are it may be because of influence by older people.alot of people i no were offended at the cartoons ,not by the fact that they had been published but that they were being published over and over again. but alot of us understood by making these protests and mixing them with violence arent we just increasing the sales of these papers and increasing the media publicity.
