Design Technology- Extremely time consuming and is not respected by most courses. (I'd also find it very difficult)

I quite like all of my A-levels.. but does anybody else have the misfortune to do '7 habits of an effective learner' in their tutorial/form/citizenship lessons? Oh my God, I feel like tearing my eyeballs out with a spork. Why on earth we do a level 2 in the middle of AS levels is anyones guess.

Hardest - sciences and maths
Most pointless - general studies/ critical thinking/ media studies
Tedious - most coursework based subjects I guess.

For me, psychology... So much to learn, and not lal of it is interesting! Plus the exam technique is pretty damn hard.

In general, subjects referred to as being ‘hard’ are more traditional and theoretical subjects, for example: English, History, Physics and Chemistry. In fact all the facilitating subjects listed can be considered ‘hard’with the addition of others such as Economics and Politics.‘Soft’ subjects are usually subjects with a vocational or practical bias, for example: Media Studies, Art and Design, Photography and Business Studies. However, there is no set definition of a ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ subject. Generally speaking, students who take one ‘soft’ subject as part of a wider portfolio of subjects do not experience any problems applying to a Russell Group university.
