Change your diet, it's most probably that.

What kind of diet do you have? Properly look at what foods you eat and see whether you are getting enough iron and protein.
Also are you stressed at the moment or fed up or depressed, because that can really affect you.
Has this just happened and is causing you to not be able to motivate yourself etc, or did something trigger it off?
I'm having a sleeping, eating and motivation finding problem at the moment too. Could be related to anaemia or something diet-related, or something psychological like depression. (with me it's pretty much a combination ) What's your general mood like? Have you tried going to speak to a doctor about it?

What sorts of moods do you have? Feeling more withdrawn recently? Its probally just diet related, although they can be the symptoms of somthing like depression.

Try exercise (particularly intense cardio) - you wouldn't believe it but it gives you more energy, makes you feal great and aids in restful sleep

But seriously, EXERCISE, makes you feel bl**dy fantastic, especially if you do weights too. At the risk of sounding like Tom Cruise, it can noticeably improve your mood. However I'm worried I have a slight adrenaline/endorphin addiction as I get grouchy when I can't exercise....

Yep - it is extreme. Scared a few people off it I think when they saw him at breakfast
