how old are you?

Just above the dip where your skull turns into your neck?(sort of levelwith the top of your ears right at the back in the middle?) Then yes.

Reply 3

No not that bit, it's more above there.

I'm 17.

Why you say that btw? Just curious. :p: (if it matters I look pretty damn young for my age... as is my development overall)

I don't think any part of your skull should be 'soft'. But at the back of my skull the skin is looser and seems to have a tiny bit more fat than the front, so it kind of gives off that illusion when I press on it.

I might be wrong though.

I'm not a medic, but I recall that babies have a very soft bit at the top yet near back of the skull, and strengthens as they grow.

Reply 7

how long has it been there?

Reply 8

I dunno, think it is normal...

Ask your parents?

Reply 9

It's been there since I was born I presume?

o.0 ...

your paranoid if you think this needs anonymous. If it is really worrying you, then make an appointment with a gp, just to set any fears or doubts to rest (be safe).

Reply 12

Yeah ok... but I just think my skulls screwed up if it has a soft spot in it :/

Reply 13

Oh and no one else seems to have a soft bit where I do so I'm a bit concerned.

Babies have soft spots in their heads so that in case of fire nurses can carry five babies per hand to safety.
