And even 12GB isn't unreasonable. Unnecessary for 99.9% of people, but not hard or expensive to get.

Just think though, in 15 years were going to look over 5TB and 4GB of RAM and laugh.

To provide the standard misquote "640K ought to be enough for anybody."

At one point those specs were really good (I still have a 30Mb hard drive with it's 8bit ISA card interface which I got in a 2nd hand computer - Not that useful now though)
