hey i was wondering if n e 1 cud tell what types of surfaces are good/bad absorbers of heat.....

or

conduction of heat in metals....
please help

black surfaces are good absorbers and radiators of heat

some told me that, i thinknit was my physics teacher :confused:

black surfaces absorb heat. white or metallic surfaces reflect heat. metallic surfaces are also good conductors of heat.

yeah what elpaw said but you can add that mirrored surfaces are good reflectors (fairly obviously) as well

yeah its how coffee flasks are made, shiny reflectors to reflect the heat back inside the flask.
