If it's an isolated incident I wouldn't say it's bullying. Telling someone their arse looks big in those jeans is hardly bullying, but if it's continual or in conjunction with other bullying type behaviour then yeah it could be construed as that.

Just my opinion anyway :biggrin:

if you can see its upseting them then i would say it was or if your doing it to try and upset someone

Bullying has to be sustained behaviour. If I walked out right now and insulted someone walking down the corridor, they'd probably think I was barmy.

But if I insulted them every time I saw them, then yes, that could be bullying.

I agree completely. And I'd say "constructive criticism" from someone who isn't a friend would be fairly unpleasant too.

This is making me feel very uncomfortable, I'm starting to see posts from Zooropa that don't sound like him at all. I could swear that I disagreed with Zoo a while back when he argued that bulling was acceptable.

If its just once, then no. if the insults are continuous, then yes, i would call that bullying.
