Should I transfer course or not? your opinion please!!!

i'm a first year civil engineering students. This course is boring. I'm thinking of transferring to economics in the next academic year.
What do you think, is it a good idea?

No one can make that decision but you.
It's a big decision, but if you really, really dislike the course; you just need to trust your feelings (my padawan) and do what you think is right, not what people are telling you on the internet

As above trust your feelings and do whatever feels right to you.
Personally I transferred from electrical and electronic engineering to maths, and I feel very happy with my new course. I am much more passionate about it and I am able to spend more time studying it outside the lectures. Maybe it would be the same for you.
But:the choice is yours
