I missed my exam paper! Help

I really feel so awful right now.. I missed my exam paper, I woke up about 3 hours before my paper and and i was like i will sleep for half hour more to be fresh and i woke up 1 hour late for my exam, I rush immediately for my exam but they did not let me sit. I met the academic team and she was like you have to give me evidence that i missed my exam.. I told her my situation and she was being very difficult. Now i have to submit an EVIDENCE to re give my exam. What can i do? HELP

My friend was in the exact same situation as you last year lol. Don't worry, you can always resit in summer however the module will be capped at 40%. I had to go through this too but different reason.
