Can I just ask - What would be the easiest way to get my FM A-Level?

I have to do 2 pure modules, and 4 "other" units as it were.
umm well dunno wot syllabus ur doing but for our AS Furthur MAths we do P3 M1 and M2 i think in addition 2 normal maths

we're doin our modules in a messed up order tho. in think ours OCR MEI goes like this

AS maths: D&D1, P1, S1
A2 Maths: P2, S2, S3
As Further maths: P3, M1,M2
A2 Further Maths: P4,P5,P6
possible

Depends on what you are currently doing, or will ahve done by the end of the year. A few S modules, and a few M modules shouldn't go amiss.

I'll be doing P1-P6, M1-M4, S1-S3, D1-D2 if that is the school has its way.

Would it be possible for me to do my Maths A-Level on AQA B, and my FM A-level on OCR?

(I won't bother explaining, long story)

Heh! That's why I left the MV URL on there

It's a project, I think their motto is "build on what you're into." It's for 16-24 year olds and you can volunteer in whatever you want. You can help design websites for MV, do some writing workshops, set up your own scheme, peer mentoring, mural projects. Whatever - just talk to your project worker.

And you can timetable it all to fit you so that you complete your 100/200 hours. Travelling costs are also re-imbursed You can also count any training and travelling time towards your MV hours.

Basically, ask your Project Worker.

Unless you're really bored and can't cope with the minimal amount of Maths they give you each week. Must...do...more...

Actually no, the school thought it would be great to give out the children an all round education. Which meant the extra modules.

Maybe they wanted us to improve the marks so thereby choosing the best 12? They could have just as easy spent mroe time doing the 12 necessary.

Wait a mnute:

So instead of doing 12 modules and concentrating on that to get your FM A-Level, they instead kill you to do 15 modules, and you only get a FM A-Level out of it anyway?

Seems absolutely insane.......why not spend the extra time on something constructive....
