I wasn't thinking anything quite as extreme, would merely suggest a 48 hour nonstop Neighbours hit every week; the other five days to be spent sleeping/recovering, before starting again. Repeat until death. Who's with me?

I was eating, really really fast because I was sooo late and hadnt eaten that day, bit my lip and made it bleed. Then I was trampolining later and I caught my lip in my mouth when I was excecuting a rather tricky move and BAMMMM. Blood blood blood blood blood blood blooooood.
