ARGH! Most annoying person!

Right, this may be confusing I don't know. Anyway I'm a girl and I have a close friend who is liked extremely by this guy I talk to sometimes. Well, we both know him, he is in our year at college.

To be honest, my friend has said no to him so many times and you can tell he isn't interested as he asked her out and practically bombards her. I think he is pathetic as he doesn't even talk to her at college but thinks he is god's gift and should not be turned down. He is a compulsive liar too and is very opinionated, I argue with him so many times and he never sees sense. He is so self centred. He gets quite nasty too and says things like I look too innocent and I'm too young, and when I said I was going to uni, he sat that particular one was rubbish and in a small city :s-smilie:

He is so annoying, and I've blocked him so many times, but my friend lets him treat her like rubbish so I end up unblocking him ready to say something. I don't like him if thats what everybody is going to suggest. I just think he needs a good dressing down. Also It's like I'm radar and can detect whatever my friend is doing. He always asks me how she is, he's a f****** prick and it is stressing my friend out.

What do you think I should say to him? Or shall I just finally block him and let him rot?
