Rash on chin

I've had a rash on my chin for some time now. Usually when I lean my chin against my palm. I thought it was some kind of eczema but I'm not so sure now. Can anyone give me some advice about this.

Perhaps get hold of some hydroquatozone (spelt phonetically?) cream - that should clear it up if it is just a simple rash.

However, perhaps see a doctor first just to check it's nothing else?

Maybe you're allergic to something on your hands?

i had a rash/spots on my chin but this week they've seemed to clear now. just make sure you wash the area regularly but and try not to pick at them..but if you're still not sure,you can have someone at the clinic have a look.
