Dissertation Loyalty Schemes
I am looking to do my dissertation on a new loyalty scheme Hyundai are offering in the UK. My original idea was to investigate if the scheme could be a success by surveying Hyundai customers at a hyundai dealership and interviewing a couple of managers to discover how the scheme could progress, but from talking to people this angle might not be very good. I am choosing Hyundai as I have worked for them during my student placement.
Can anyone help with finding a new angle as part of my dissertation?
Perhaps research into why the management are introducing a new loyalty scheme might be a better angle and from that I could just interview Hyundai managers?
