I got told, if you've got small boobs to stay away from balconette bras because they just make you look flatter.

The best bras to wear are the ones that cut down towards the middle? If you understand that lol..

Balconette bras squash your chest. 34B means nothing, it all depends on your size.

Debenham's 'Ultimate' work really well for me. I think they're modelled on Atlantis liquid bras, but they're much cheaper!

Like KerriT said, though, it probably depends on your shape as well as size as to what will work for you...

i got an amazing bra from la senza with little air pockets in the side.
i'm 32B or 34B depending on the brand, and this bar gives my great shape and cleavage. its about £18 but i got it for £14 in the sale i think. the great feelin you get from decent underwear is worth every penny.

when you get your bra, make sure you adjust the straps properly for maximum effect

I've got those Ultimate ones and I've tried on the Atlantis ones. Atlantis just look wrong whereas Ultimate give you a nice shape, however, mine don't seem to last more than a year before the wire pokes out, and I wash them by hand.

ive always found that a balconette bra gives me the best cleavage (or as close to a cleavage as a 32A chest gives me) whereas the bras which 'cut down towards the middle' make me look completely flat.

I hate bras which has a hoizontal seam or a vertical seam on the outside - like anyones boobs are really that shape?!

La Senza do great bras, and Figleaves.com, even though they've started to sharge for postage grr

Is it poss to get a decent cleavage with only 34 B boobs without the aid of push up bras? and if so, how? if it's not, can anyone reccomnd any decent push up bra's that do work? (prices if poss, I intend to go bra shopping soon  )

Thanks

im size 32B and i have a good cleavage. i think push ups are the best, Wonderbra do some great mesh type ones if you dont like padding or underwiring, they somehow lift the bust and pull the breasts closer.

under clothes, i find padded T shirt bras best. H&M and New look are ok

the main thing is to get measured properly. you might think you are a 34B but if a eg 32C is your size, it totally changes the fit and shape of the tits.

dont be shy. they measure tits all day.

One (or should that be two?!) words:

Tit-tape
(Sold as 'Hollywood' Tape for £4.99 in Topshop and Oasis)

You basically tape your breasts into the right position - fab stuff. Apparantly it's all the stylists use on Desperate Housewives!

Would only suggest it for special occasions though, as it's better to let your skin breathe, not to mention the 'waxing' effect it can have on your skin!

*laughs* what if you're rubbish at using it and make your breasts look deformed? Could be hilarious... I wouldn't trust myself with it I don't think!

Hehe - it's surprisingly easy to use actually...as long as you have a mirror!

It's also great if your boobs are different sizes as you can tape them up/down to even them out!

You know, I've NEVER thought of using tape. that is such a good idea

LaSenza's airboost ones are brill. I got both of mine in the sale for a tenner each! Bargain!

Toupee tape is better and cheaper than any "tit tape". You can get it from wig shops.
