Can't live live this

I don't wanna die lol cause thats scary but the majority of people would say i am pathetic. I went to a games room with a friend tonight and was mildly anxious but just ignored it for an hour or so. Suddenly my face went hot and ear started ringing, I thought I was gonna faint and got panicky so just asked her in the middle of the game if she wanted to go home, she said 'now' and I said 'yea' she looked at me weird and said ok.
So now im probably going to be scared every time I go out. Ive fainted a few times in the past in college, on the street etc and am so scared of doing it again im constantly thinking about this anxiety and fainting buissness. Its been 13 months since I last fainted but I just can't stand it its the worst thing ever. Ive been to the doctor who said eveythings ok but i quit uni because of it, I thought I was getting better again until this happened:mad:

What should I do? I can't see how seeing a psychologist would help fainting is fainting!

Depends, are you fainting when you get anxious or due to the fear of fainting????
If so then a psychologist would help, as it would cut down the anxiety and therefore the fainting.
Obviously everything is not ok; if your doctor really did brush you off I would suggest tring to book an apointment with a different one.
Fainting is a genuinely unpleasant experience.

To be honest im not sure, Ive fainted before due to explainable things (period pain) except for one time at a factory guess I just freaked out im just really strange. My mums tired of hearing about it which is understandable and says its no big deal and im thinking myself into it, which I might be.

oops:redface: lol
From you saying that you've fainted in other situations I would think that the anxiety comes from you feeling like you're about to faint rather that you fainting from anxiety.
Fainting usually occurs when blood pressure drops, but when people are anxious and panicky their blood pressure usually rises.
I'd advise going to the doctor about it and seeing if there is anything that could help stop you fainting, as an intense phobia of fainting may eventually develop and increase your anxiety even more.
When you feel the signs of fainting coming on (eugh they're horrible aren't they) try to calmly sit down and make yourself as cool as possible. Hopefully if you sort of show yourself that it can be handled calmly with no-one fussing and embarrassing you, the anxiety about going out will decrease.
