Eversheds interview

I have an interview at Eversheds on Thursday for a vacation placement. I've done the psychometric tests online, but wondered if anyone had any useful tips.

Obviously I'm expecting to be asked all the why law, why Eversheds questions, plus to show I have commerical awareness, but I'm not quite sure what else.

Commercial awareness usually crops up, be prepared to talk about an issue in the news at the moment and what implcations/openings it would create for a firm like ES.

Often stuff like teams - successful/failed, overcoming challenges, influencing people.

The 'any questions' bit at the end is also important, my favourite questions are why did you choose x and what aspects of your day do you enjoy the most.
