It's pretty easy to make, which is the best part
Oat Pillows cereal with semi-skimmed milk
Fizzy cola rocky (don't buy them, they're odd)
Peanut butter sandwich
Kit kat

Am starving but it will be aaaaaaaaaages before my mum gets round to telling me what to cook for dinner :sigh:

So far I have eaten 2 sausages,a portion of chips,a portion of beans,moams and chocolate mini eggs(lindt and an unknown brand).I'm actually unsure what else I'm going to eat today.

Had 3 days of red meat, I might turn into a cow. =/
not much i was sick on monday and therefore couldnt eat because i couldnt hold anything down but i have eaten a scrammbled egg and felt sick, nandos 1/4 of a chicken and felt sick and finally potato wedges and vegetable rice and i feel abit sick but not as much so any advice on what to eat when your feeling sick i heard ginger works but i dont wanna push my stomach too much:confused:
Krave cereal

Caffe mocha
2 double cheeseburgers
Walnut cake slices

Today I have eaten 2 ham sandwiches,some chocolate mini eggs(not cadbury),some haribo jelly babies and bunny mix,10 smiley's ,1 portion of beans and 1 slice of toast.Didn't have a takeaway today-so unhappy:mad:

I got my BMI tested today,17.6 not bad.


Why the negs?Do people really dislike my diet or something?or dislike some of the foods I eat?
Lunch: Few forkfuls of noodles... they werent that nice.
Dinner: Jalfrezi with spinach, rice and naan bread.
Snack: Banana and "double decker" chocolate bar.
Breakfast Banana and Rice Krispies
Snack Apple
Lunch Ramen with mushrooms
Absolutely no idea what's for dinner!

I had to eat a Mars bar before breakfast (I wouldn't normally eat one though!!!), as I had a fasting blood test which wasn't done until 10 o'clock and consequently I was feeling really faint from a low blood sugar. I do feel better now, though!

Sausage sandwich for lunch

Fish fingers and home made chips for tea.
Bowl of Coco Pops.

Sausage roll.
a whole banana and chocolate chip loaf
couple of oranges

It's been an odd day
I didn't get up til 11 so all i've had is 2 hot chocolate wheetabix and a can of pepsi :frown:
Breakfast: Bowl of Crunchy nut
Lunch: Rive with spinach and green beans
Snacks: Two pieces of toast with cream.....A LOT of biscuits and some tea.

Breakfast: porridge topped with dried nanananas
Lunch: turkey stir fry
snacks: an apple, some thorntons :biggrin:
