Had a bad day yesterday, arguments with bf, and bad days destroy my appetite.

Bacon roll and two choc chip cookies at about 1pm, maybe 5/6 chocolates and some sweets at about 9pm. Think I would prefer being a comfort-eater instead of a comfort-starver
Double bacon and sausage sandwich upon wakening whilst watching match of the day.

(5 sausages and 12 rashers of bacon (no fat)) + ketchup ofcourse.

tuna wrap w sweetcorn for lunch
lots of cheese nibbles

wtf happened to my diet
So far just a small wrap with ham, cheese and salami in it. Not even slightly hungry.

A bowl of porridge.
A few bites of my boyfriend's marble cake :ninja:
A veggie burger in a bun with lettuce, mayonnaise and ketchup and some cheesy chips.
Too much chocolate brownie.

Breakfast - Nothing (I slept in :O)
Lunch - Marshmallow Squares Bar and Packet of Thai Chilli Velvet Crunch
Dinner - Half a roast chicken and some carrots

Was hungry there so grabbed a cereal bar and slice of corned beef. That's me for this evening

A tin of tomato and basil soup with 2 mini home bake baguettes.
A cheese pasta bake (home made cheese sauce :smile:)
Ready Brek with mixed berries.

Breakfast: Bowl of porridge with honey and handfuls of blueberries, raspberries and strawberries
Snack: Fruit + nut bar
Lunch: Pack of sushi from Tesco and small packet of sliced apple.
Snack: Protein shake
Dinner: Chicken with roasted veg and quinoa
Ham and chicken slice sandwich for lunch with a strawberry yoghurt
Ham and chicken slice sandwich for tea with dairy lea dunkers.... because a certain bf was too busy playing xbox to make me tea like he'd promised....

2 slices of wholemeal toast with low fat spread and raspberry jam.
Half a banana.
Weetabix
Turkey stir fry
Quorn and veg
