Yesterday:

A vegetable lasagne (with all the vegetables picked out :ninja: So basically, pasta, cheese and tomato sauce)
Half a portion of chip shop chips (shared with boyfriend)

Sausage roll and jam doughnut from Greggs, chicken and mushroom pot noodle. This thread is making me realise how bloody unhealthy I am :colondollar:
weetabix
cereal bar
scallops and veg

Weetabix - breakfast
Apple - mid morning
Omelet - lunch
Banana - mid afternoon
Chicken, beans, gammon, 2 eggs & mushrooms - dinner.

Just had a cookie as well which I shouldn't of had but its Fridays so.......

This is my daily food intake 6 days a week.

breakfast : sultana bran with skimmed milk
lunch : meat (pork and lamb), rice, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots
dinner : salmon, rice, peas, sweetcorn, onion

gonna have later : grapes and a muller light
Breakfast- banana and meusli
Lunch- Aromatic duck and lettuce wrap
Snacks- Apple, two satsumas, a chocolate fudge cake which our further maths teacher brought in for us!
Dinner Bacon and brie pastry parcel with rocket.

Hey, jsut got back from Los angeles ( my second home) 2 weeks ago. what airline did you fly on???? that way I can judge if you had good food :biggrin: by the way, are you from Los angeles or were visiting????

2 slices of wholemeal toast with low fat spread, filled with 2 eggs and 2 cheese singles.
Egg fried rice, vegetable chow mein and 3 mini vegetable spring rolls.
Some edible cookie dough.

Breakfast - cheap special K
Lunch - x2 yoghurt
Dinner - soup with 2 slices of white bread + butter
Snacks - 2 apples and too many sugary drinks :/

x 2 pieces of toast with butter and marmite
x 2 hotdogs in rolls
x 1 packet of salt and vinegar crisps
x 1 creme egg
x 1 huge portion of macaroni pasta (with tomatos/olives/pancetta etc., Italian recipe)
x 1 small serving of salad

Nice and healthy...not!
I had buttered wholemeal toast for breakfast,scrambled egg for lunch and two apples earlier on and some plain popcorn just now.

Porridge with skimmed milk and a banana
Wholemeal sandwich (ham and lettuce), packet of quavers, 5 mini brownie bites
An apple
A pear
8 (rather big!) Victoria biscuits (whoops!)
Big bowl of melon
Oh and 4 cups of tea with skimmed milk and no sugar...
Not very healthy i know :s-smilie:
Yoghurt for breakfast
Chicken slice, ham sandwich, a yoghurt, and a mars bar for lunch :O
Fish fingers and chips for tea
