Feelin rly strange...

I'm not sure what it is, but for a couple of months I've just felt like collapsing. I know it mite be stress...just finished A2 modules but they didnt rly worry me that much n i didnt get stressed doing revision atall. I get quite a lot of sleep...go to bed about 12 n get up pretty late most of the time. I dont eat anything in the morning could that be it? I really dont have a clue, coz my head's hurtin all the time n i cant think straight. Schools actually got a lil bit difficult now but im sure that's not it. Well if ne1 has any ideas reply or sumit...nefin wud be rly appreciated:biggrin: hmm:frown: nickx

It probably is stress cos I feel like that after my exams! However I would suggest going to bed earlier. To paraphase an old wives tale - A hour of sleep before bedtime is the same as two hours of sleep after midnight!

Also not eating breakfast will give you headaches due to low blood sugar. I hate eating before 9am but always try and have someting like a breakfast bar, smoothie, toast etc.

Hope that helps a bit and you feel better soon.

Also you might be dehydrated so try drinking more water and if you consume a lot of caffiene then try and cut down on that; especially before bed. Do you tend to eat late at night?? (not long before you go to bed)

I don't have a diagnosis as such, but this problem really seems to have affected your typing abilities.
