    Debit card? Yes, pretty much all banks, Barclays, HSBC, etc.

    Unless you mean CREDIT card. In which case, no.

    I don't understand what the difference between a 'cash card' and debit card would be for someone under the age of 18. As they wouldn't be able to have an overdraft on their debit account anyway.

    A cash card is one you can get money out of an ATM with but not pay in shops or online like you can with a debit card.

    OP, Lloyds TSB's Under 19s account offers a debit card, as does whatever HSBC's young person's account is (I think it's called "My Account"). Probably others do too but these are the ones I have experience of.

    I had a debit card when I was 16 and could use it in shops and pay for goods online. You have to be 18 to get a credit card though.

    I've had a debit card since I was 11 (yes it was a debit card not a cash card), with the bank of scotland, though I didn't really use it till I was 15 though

    Cash card cant be used in shops.
