The Student Room Group
All I know is that if you're an international student from a middle-income family, chances are you're not going to get it since there are so few people who get any support. (It usually goes to those who absolutely need it, and not those who would just simply be 'better off' getting it)

Then again, no harm in trying of course :p:

Well I will absolutely need it if my sister successfully get into her vet science course next year. Is an annual income of 18000 pound considered middle income?

With 18k pounds annually I'd definatly apply for the LSE support scheme so of course give it a shot. :yy: Goodluck BTW.

Hmmm...is it wise if I asked for more? Say 9000 per annum? After all they did say that fill in the amount you think you need and you will not be prejudiced even if you exceed the 6000 pound listed in the prospectus.
